Hello Beautiful Women.

You would have liked REFUELED this morning. If you were there, you know what I'm talking about...

The beloved usual suspects were there along with lots of amazing young women. Sasha brought her sweet little Isaac, and there was a total of about 35 women. It was a great morning; I love that Tori is so passionate about growing our children's faith, starting in our homes - starting with us.

Thank you, Tori, for speaking your heart in such a compelling way and for taking the time to answer our questions. We're excited to be praying as God builds into children's lives through you.

Thank you, Debra, Becca, Karen, Elizabeth, Ruth, Dianna, Cathy, Keri and Agatha for your servant hearts and your willing hands. You are loved and appreciated. And thank you to the spontaneous strike team - we were cleaned up and on our way by 11:30!

I am grateful that we desire a closer relationship with Jesus and with each other, and that we chose to spend a beautiful morning together. I am refreshed and REFUELED, ready to go.

With Love and Respect,

Karen

Hello Lovelies...(this is a favorite greeting of Keri Welch's)

Here's what is already happening - God is on the move in the Seaside sisters! So good.

Gaylynn just emailed me that she's cooking up some classes, one in February and another one in March. Cooking Classes, perfect. Now I can cook, but I thrive on the conversation and good cheer that happens around food. And, who knows, maybe we'll invite someone over for dinner, featuring one of the dishes we learn in class. Trust me, these classes are gracious and fun! You'll be glad you came.

Look for fliers (soon) at the Women's Table. And if you're up for it, let Gaylynn Ambrose know that you're interested in coming alongside her as she reveals more about the Cooking Classes.

Also, Gaylynn's daughter, Amber Sides introduced me to a great event, The Belle of the Ball, an event to encourage teenage girls. You can check it out in the Blog entry "And they'll know they are Christians".

So, the apple doesn't fall far from the tree. Gaylynn and Amber both have such beautifully tender hearts; I love those girls.

I am so excited about the "Belle of the Ball" so I already sent in my volunteer registration and I signed my friend Betty Cox up for it also since we have done the same type of volunteer work with "Working Wardrobes" In fact if anybody is interested their Prom dress (Cinderella) will be on March 7th and it is a great way to be involved in a very rewarding way. Thanks Amber & Karen for getting this going. Love Gaylynn

Thanks, Erica.

I just got back from a few days retreating in the desert, seeking God, resting and fellowshipping with some of my favorite people. God is so good!

I also love what Keri wrote in her entry about the Retreat Production Team...that no-one is overwhelmed and will be able to enjoy all of the retreat. Yeah! I love it that whenever there are two or more gathered in Jesus' name, He is there! And He brings us His Gracious Love and Supernatural peace. Thanks, Lord.
