HAPPY NEW YEAR!
I want to motivate you to come and join us for Women’s Fitness &
Prayer. We meet on Wednesday evenings @ 6:30- 7:45 pm. If you have
not come to a class yet, it’s ok, you can join in at anytime.
As your host and personal trainer to all of you who come, I feel very
blessed to teach you about your God-given body-type and how to learn
how you can be your personal best with it. Learning to love who you
are and what you stand for is a process and sometimes not a easy one.
The women who have been coming to this class are making friends with
their bodies as well as with other women. I am watching friendships
build and buddy systems coming together. Each week I encourage you
all to stay the course and be accountable for your cardio health.
It is important to work the heart for it is the most important muscle
in your body. Without the cardiovascular exercise your heart doesn’t
get the circulation and the exercise it needs to function at it’s
best. So come and feel and see what all this excitement is about
and learn how to take care of you. We as women are care-takers by
nature, however we often forget to take care of ourselves and if we
don’t we could someday pay a high price. No one can take care of
themself like you can. Take the time to feel good, and have more
energy to live life and have fun with your loved ones. I give you
permission, because you DESERVE IT!
